Parents or legal guardians may register minors for programs or events.

Pando Impact Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

No refunds will be provided for removal due to policy violations.

Certain activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Outdoor activities 
• Animal-assisted interactions 
• Farm or sanctuary visits 
• Physical activities 
• Volunteer projects 

By participating, you voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation.

Participants should disclose any medical, physical, behavioral, or accessibility needs before participating.

Certain programs may require additional liability waivers or consent forms before participation.

Participation may be denied if required waivers are not completed.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information 
• Supervising children when required 
• Ensuring minors follow all program rules 

By registering a child, the parent or guardian represents that they have legal authority to do so.

All donations are voluntary.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Donations are non-refundable 
• Donations may be used where most needed 
• Restricted gifts will be used consistent with donor intent whenever reasonably possible 

Pando Impact Foundation reserves the right to redirect donations if a specific project or program is discontinued.

Program-specific cancellation and refund policies may apply.

By registering for an event, you agree to the cancellation policy posted at the time of registration.

Failure to attend a scheduled event does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or rescheduling opportunity.

Volunteers acknowledge that:

• Volunteer activities are unpaid unless otherwise agreed in writing 
• Volunteer assignments may be modified or terminated at any time 
• Participation does not create an employment relationship 

All website content, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, educational materials, program content, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Pando Impact Foundation.

Unless prohibited by law or specifically requested in writing, participants grant Pando Impact Foundation permission to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, and other media captured during programs or events for:

• Fundraising

Parents or guardians may request exclusion of a minor from media use by contacting us before participation.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law 
• Upload malicious software 
• Interfere with website functionality 
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data 
• Misrepresent your identity 

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, registration platforms, or service providers.
